QUICK CONNECT accounts are created by MoonSoft or your organisation on the desktop web portal. The mobile app does not offer public account registration.

Store connection
Use Refresh to update Store status. The Store desktop must be online to process remote requests and generate PV journal PDFs.
Before contacting us
- Note your client and Store names.
- Include your phone model and app version.
- Attach a screenshot of the error if possible.
Security reminder: MoonSoft support will never ask for your password or access token. Do not send credentials by email or message.
